Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with Global Engineering Centers and EPC stakeholders.
  • Drive early engagement in project lifecycles to embed Measurement Solutions products into specifications.
  • Develop and execute structured account plans, including stakeholder mapping and project pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate across global teams (sales, marketing, product, strategic accounts) to align pursuit strategies.
  • Lead technical discussions, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate project and account information in CRM tools.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators.
  • Develop and execute training plans for assigned Global Engineering Center.
  • Partner with Global Strategic Account teams to align pursuit strategies and commercial positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field (instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering).
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience; 10+ years preferred.
  • Experience in industrial automation, process measurement, or related industries, with exposure to EPC or owner-operator environments.
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle (engineering design, specification development, procurement).
  • Experience engaging with engineering teams on technical specifications, vendor qualification, or project pursuit activities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and deliver engaging presentations or training sessions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to managing pipelines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver technical training or product capability sessions.
  • Experience engaging or coordinating with strategic or major account management teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with or within EPC organizations or Global Engineering Centers.
  • Knowledge of Measurement Solutions technologies (flow, pressure, temperature, level, analytical, or systems).
  • Exposure to industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience with engineering tools or platforms used for specification and design (e.g., SmartPlant, AVEVA).
  • Demonstrated ability to work across global teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting global approved vendor list qualification efforts.
