We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in React.js to join our team in Hyderabad. Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for user queries via email, ticketing system, and forums.
  • Respond to user queries ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Diagnose issues and manage tickets, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documents.
  • Prepare operational status reports for client reporting.
  • Handle first-level escalations.
  • Lead a team of engineers.

Requirements

  • Background in development using Java, Angular and SQL.
  • Ability to write medium to complex SQL queries.
  • Ability to navigate business logic code and look up source code for error messages.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
