Responsibilities
- Independently plan and perform IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging, and implementation of application programs.
- Analyze, install, acquire, modify, and support operating systems, database, or utility software.
- Analyze, design, acquire, and implement projects for LAN and/or WAN systems.
- Plan, design, acquire, and implement telecommunications voice/wire systems.
- Implement and operationalize agentic AI automation for IT operations and business process optimization.
- Incorporate workflow orchestration, RAG, and integrations with enterprise systems through secure, well-defined APIs.
- Deploy solutions via CI/CD and container orchestration.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and security analytics using Splunk or comparable platforms.
- Perform network and firewall configuration reviews using standard network telemetry/log sources and governance controls.
- Drive automation across infrastructure and application delivery using scripting and IaC methodologies.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while improving standardization and repeatability across environments.
- Act as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree field.
- Experience with agentic AI automation for IT operations and business process optimization.
- Proficiency in workflow orchestration, RAG, and integrations with enterprise systems via secure APIs.
- Experience deploying solutions via CI/CD and container orchestration.
- Experience developing and maintaining monitoring, logging, and security analytics using Splunk or comparable platforms.
- Experience with network and firewall configuration reviews.
- Experience driving automation using scripting and IaC methodologies.
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.
