Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and interpret client requirements and propose IT solutions aligned with Capital Markets trends.
- Analyze financial data and market movements to deliver actionable insights for business optimization and strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain systems requirements documentation and assist in solution design and transformation roadmaps.
- Participate in client meetings for requirement elicitation and solution exploration.
- Provide application analysis and support, including incident analysis.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Financial Markets, Financial products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Trading Platforms.
- Excellent analytical ability, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in business analysis techniques and gap analysis.
- Attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to work on global projects.
- Good Analytical ability and Problem-solving skills.
- Previous development experience in Capital Markets, Financial Service in Business Process Improvement/Platform Reengineering is ideal.
- Experience of capital markets systems like Charles River, Summit, Murex is handy.
Desired Qualifications
- Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
