Responsibilities
- Administer internal and external DNS environments, create/modify/remove DNS records, and manage DNS zones.
- Create and maintain DHCP scopes, manage reservations, and support DHCP failover services.
- Allocate IPv4 and IPv6 address spaces and maintain IP inventory records.
- Monitor NTP server availability and validate synchronization status.
- Resolve Level-2 incidents and service requests, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues.
- Execute approved DDI changes, perform DNS record modifications, and implement DHCP scope changes.
- Support monitoring platforms including Infoblox, SolarWinds, Splunk, LogicMonitor, ThousandEyes, ServiceNow, and iObserve.
- Update DNS and DHCP documentation, maintain IPAM accuracy, and support CMDB updates.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of DNS/DHCP/IPAM support experience.
- Experience working in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of ITIL Incident and Change Management.
- Exposure to cloud DNS services preferred.

- Infoblox Certified DDI Professional (CDDI)
- Microsoft Administrator Certification
