- Troubleshoot Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 connectivity issues.
- Support VLAN, trunking, port configuration, and connectivity requests.
- Execute standard network provisioning requests.
- Support OSPF, EIGRP, BGP environments.
- Troubleshoot STP-related issues.
- Support HSRP and VRRP operations.
- Perform route verification and connectivity validation.
- Resolve L2 incidents within SLA.
- Support service request fulfillment.
- Implement approved network changes.
- Execute maintenance activities.
- Update network diagrams.
- Maintain CMDB records.
- Create implementation and troubleshooting reports.
Requirements
- CCNA Enterprise
- Aruba Certified Associate
- ITIL Foundation
- 3-5 years of LAN Operations experience.
- Experience in enterprise campus networks.
- Experience supporting 24x7 operations.
- Cisco Catalyst Switching
- Cisco Nexus Switching
- Aruba CX Switching
- VLANs, STP, EtherChannel
- OSPF, EIGRP
- HSRP, VRRP
- Basic QoS knowledge
- ServiceNow
