- Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, link health, MTU, DNS/NTP.
- Perform structured packet troubleshooting.
- Correlate fabric, GPU, and host evidence.
- Record defects and verify remediation.
- Conduct multi-node validation and seeded impairments.
- Handle escalation and handoff procedures.
- Analyze latency, throughput, packet loss, congestion, counters, mis-cabling, and configuration drift.
Requirements
- Expertise in TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, link health, MTU, DNS/NTP.
- Proficiency in structured packet troubleshooting.
- Ability to correlate fabric, GPU, and host evidence.
- Experience in defect recording and remediation verification.
- Skilled in multi-node validation and seeded impairments.
- Experience with escalation and handoff processes.
- Understanding of latency, throughput, packet loss, congestion, counters, mis-cabling, and configuration drift.
