Seeking a Senior Administrator for Azure MSSQL DBA role with strong MS SQL Server and MongoDB expertise. Responsibilities include database administration, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and supporting client environments under SLA-driven models in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support MS SQL Server databases in production/non-production.
  • Handle performance tuning, backup & recovery, HA/DR.
  • Support MongoDB databases (basic admin, backups, troubleshooting).
  • Work in client-facing, 24x7 support environments with on-call rotations.
  • Coordinate with application, infra, and client teams to meet SLAs.
  • Prepare RCA, health reports, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong MS SQL Server expertise (2016/2019/2022).
  • Working knowledge of MongoDB.
  • Experience with Backup, Restore, and Performance Tuning.
  • ITIL-based support, Incident & Change Management.
  • Experience in client-facing, 24x7 support environments with on-call rotations.
  • Ability to coordinate with application, infra, and client teams to meet SLAs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Cloud DB exposure (Azure SQL / AWS RDS / MongoDB Atlas) is good to have.
  • PowerShell and T-SQL scripting skills are good to have.
  • BFSI / Insurance client experience is good to have.
