Responsibilities

  • Build and review complex financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparable company analyses, transaction analyses, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth company, sector, and market research.
  • Craft high-impact materials for management teams, boards, and investors.
  • Contribute to end-to-end execution (workstreams, internal and external stakeholder coordination, due diligence, etc.) across M&A and ECM processes.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships or full-time roles within investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate development, equity research or strategy consulting.
  • Interest in corporate finance, M&A and capital markets.
  • Analytical capacity, numeracy and a basic understanding of valuation methods.
  • Proactive mindset, passion for learning and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
