Electrolux Group is seeking an SAP Technical Architect in Stockholm, Sweden, to lead the creation of technology roadmaps and governance for their SAP landscape, which includes on-premise and cloud solutions. This role is instrumental in modernizing their technical infrastructure, including transitions to private cloud/RISE, Integration Suite, BW/4HANA, BTP, and S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

  • Create and own the SAP landscape strategy and design technical landscapes, both on premise and cloud.
  • Establish and maintain SAP technical architecture principles, standards, and guardrails.
  • Define and govern non-functional requirements including security, availability, performance, resilience, recoverability, and operational supportability.
  • Own architecture decisions and review proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with SAP, implementation partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide architecture leadership and guidance in high-priority support issues.
  • Create and own the roadmap for Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Participate in ERP modernization programs, including move to private cloud, conversion to S/4HANA, and implementation of Business Data Cloud (BDC).
  • Proactively monitor innovation and emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to technical and functional teams.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of SAP business processes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through effective relationship management and communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of distributed, multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive learner with a passion for expanding knowledge in SAP technologies and the digital ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 8+ years of SAP technical platform and architecture experience.
  • Significant experience designing and governing enterprise-scale hybrid SAP landscapes.
  • Proven experience acting as SAP Technical Architect, Lead SAP Basis Architect, SAP Platform Architect, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (transports, monitoring, testing, documentation) using Solution Manager, CloudALM, and/or third-party tools.
  • Experience with S/4HANA conversion, preferably optimizing downtime.
  • Experience with SAP BTP platform architecture, account models, and service enablement (e.g., for AI).

Desired Qualifications

  • SAP Security, including roles and authorization design.
  • Integration technology (PI/PO, CPI, Integration Suite).
  • Custom development on stack and side-by-side in BTP or non-SAP platforms.
  • SAP licensing and commercial models (on-premise, RISE, BTP and cloud subscriptions).
  • FinOps, linking cloud consumption with financial processes.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
