Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Configure the Salesforce platform based on best practices, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and leverage new features.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
Requirements
- Proficient in Salesforce administration (user management, security, data management, workflow automation).
- Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Web Components).
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows).
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform and building responsive UI components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
