Sales Engineer

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute quality audits and ensure robust implementation of corrective actions across suppliers and internal operations

• Drive problem-solving and systemic improvements, applying structured methodologies to prevent recurrence of issues

• Collaborate cross-functionally and support production quality by ensuring compliance with standards, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering with experience in quality, manufacturing, or supplier development

• Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, audits, and quality systems, with a structured and analytical mindset

• Effective communication skills, proficiency in English, and experience working with data/tools (Excel, Power BI or similar)
