Alfa Laval is seeking a Regional ERP Lead for its Southeast Asia operations to take functional ownership of their regional ERP platform supporting finance and supply chain processes across six countries. The role involves process expertise, issue diagnosis, solution design, acting as a liaison with the Group ERP organization, and building a regional ERP Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and influencing skills, and experience with ERP systems and business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end understanding of finance and supply chain processes (order management, purchasing, inventory, logistics, AR/AP, master data, period close).
  • Analyze recurring issues to root cause and route to appropriate resolution paths.
  • Translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions.
  • Act as the single regional functional contact to the Group ERP organization.
  • Assess Group-driven system changes for regional impact and coordinate regional testing and rollout.
  • Raise regional priorities to Group ERP with evidence of business impact.
  • Establish and lead the regional ERP Centre of Excellence, convening key users and process owners.
  • Build and maintain process playbooks with worked scenarios.
  • Design and deliver training to business users and run a regional user community.
  • Build business capability for routine process question resolution by process owners.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for business stakeholders on operational performance.
  • Reduce manual effort through automation using Power Platform, SQL, Excel, and integration tooling.
  • Drive master data quality and process standardization across regional entities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Eight or more years of professional experience.
  • At least four years of experience combining business process and ERP systems (functional analyst, business analyst, ERP consultant, or ERP expert within finance/supply chain).
  • Deep working knowledge of finance or supply chain processes in an ERP environment.
  • Ability to challenge process design.
  • Demonstrated experience explaining systems and processes to non-technical business users.
  • Strong analytical skills with the judgement to distinguish system from process problems.
  • Track record of influencing business stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with any mid-market or tier-two ERP platform.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries or legal entities.
  • Involvement in an ERP migration, implementation, or data harmonization program.
  • SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience establishing a Centre of Excellence, key user network, or similar governance structure.
  • Additional Southeast Asian language capability.
