Responsibilities
- Drive FSS sales by fostering communication, networking, and teamwork with regional sales companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with shipyards, ship owners, and key market players to secure new business.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Participate in daily sales projects and support sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Gather and analyze market and competitor information to inform strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Fuel Supply Systems for conventional and alternative fuels.
- Provide input on target pricing and special pricing requests.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Provide day-to-day support to sales teams and identify competence gaps and training needs.
- Participate in developing processes to enhance sales effectiveness and quality.

- Proven experience in the marine industry with a strong commercial orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and networks internally and externally.
- Excellent team player who fosters collaboration and motivates others.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development.
