Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Perform First Article Inspection, dimensional/ GD&T of component during trouble shooting of failed valves.
- Perform Receiving, first article, in process, and final inspection as per the procedures.
- Participate in quality audits and inspections, addressing any findings and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Perform all product inspections and tests in accordance with established quality standards, inspection plans, and test procedures.
- Document nonconformance reports with adequate details.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Quality inspection experience
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and capable to perform inspection.
- Proficient in use of all general Measuring & Test equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- High-energy, dynamic personality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Welding/ NDE inspection ASME codes (I, II, V, VIII, and IX), PED (European Pressure Equipment Directive) is preferred.
- Programming knowledge in ZEISS CALYPSO or Mitutoyo MCOSMOS or HEXAGON -PC-DMIS and running CMM/portable ARM is preferred.
- Working experience in Assembly/Test of valves (or) Machining is preferred.
