This full-time, on-site role involves detailed design of electrical panels, collaboration with international engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with global standards.

Responsibilities

  • Detailed design of electrical panels for various products.
  • Translate external designs into production-ready solutions.
  • Work in close partnership with international engineering teams.
  • Consult EPLAN projects for data completion and production streamlining.
  • Release technical specifications and documentation (BOMs, wire assemblies).
  • Evaluate materials and identify alternatives.
  • Coordinate and follow up on prototype and testing for cubicle design.
  • Make technical and economical choices within projects.
  • Optimize and implement tools and processes for control panel production.
  • Guide UL inspections.
  • Support production and service with control or electrical design issues.
  • Take initiative for continuous improvement of new product development and the engineering process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive learner embracing new tools and processes.
  • Ability to set priorities and work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Slovak.
  • Persistence and drive to push development forward.
  • Team player with a passion for quality and innovation.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of EPLAN is a plus.
