We are seeking a Project Administrator in Shanghai for a full-time, on-site position. The role involves managing project components, logistics, customs affairs, and ERP order handling within the manufacturing industry. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Create Sales Orders in ERP and purchase project components.
- Track component delivery and ensure on-time arrival.
- Arrange logistics and manage transportation modes.
- Handle customs E-book data and bonded manual implementation.
- Process vendor invoices and monitor production schedules.
- Provide delivery documents to customers and close ERP orders.
- Assist with financial inventory and analyze delivery performance.
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and familiarity with order handling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain within manufacturing or customs affairs.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of customs affairs in FTZ/BLP.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong self-learning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficulties and heavy working pressure.

- Power BI is a plus.
- Handbook experience is a plus.
