Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to continuously improve profitability and customer experience.
  • Perform dive-deeps into elements governing decision making for program launch or expansion.
  • Work closely with central program teams and operation stakeholders to understand and adopt strategies and processes for cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with product teams on necessary product interventions for program scaling and cost reduction impact.
  • Manage short-term commitments with operations, finance, and category teams to ensure goals stay on track.
  • Benchmark programs and practices against best-in-class (internal and external) and influence long-term vision.
  • Innovate to improve customer experience and contribute to category profitability goals.
  • Act as a single point of contact for cost of business (CBW) and categories regarding program discussions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of industry work experience
  • Knowledge of SQL

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
  • Experience using Microsoft Projects software
  • Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
