Key Tasks:

Manager for Team Members and Team Leaders
Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level
As process owner be responsible for: 1. safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products 2. quality + Q-system 3. delivery交付 4. cost成本
As owner secure the quality, via SOP audit dialogues, and execution of the SOPs
By own presence drive performance of the team and employees，
Be responsible for own cost account
Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities
Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues
Control of quality, deviations and line stops
Provide the team with relevant information
Leading or support claim handling related production
Leading ALPS relevant activities:TPM,5S, PRP, SOP, Kaizan and etc.;
Perform audits according to ALPS
Secure production capacity according to workload
Continuously Improve productivity
Leading and develop the people in unit
empowering YOUR people to accomplish their mission
removing things that prevents success, finding gaps and close them, being the link/connecting point to other functions and to create order out of chaos
giving YOUR people what they require - and getting out of their way!

- Qualification(Education/Certification/Working experience)

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
Relevant Leadership and management skills
5years of experience from production/manufacturing company
Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
Project work experience
