Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own mechanisms to monitor seller journey and interaction with our product to ensure delivery on metrics, goals, and team projects.
- Work closely with the product team and key stakeholders to conceptualize and implement key features and processes for improving seller experience and achieving business goals.
- Actively seek ways to improve product-related process efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify gaps or blockers to seller experience, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.
- Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
- Experience in program or project management including the delivery of cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Experience in solving business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits), or experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with web-based applications and HTTP, or experience in technical support.
- Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment.
