Tetra Pak is seeking a Process Expert for a permanent position in Rayong, Thailand. The role involves analyzing process losses, proposing improvements, and ensuring equipment efficiency. You will drive operational performance, conduct process audits, and participate in trials and customer audits.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational performances and follow trends in the Daily Management System.
- Identify and prioritize losses from operation KPIs and implement actions.
- Lead analysis on process deviations and issues.
- Perform process audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Benchmark with other factories and implement improvements.
- Create and deliver work instructions and training materials for operators.
- Drive or participate in internal/external trials, customer audits, and ISO audits.
- Apply good manufacturing practices, safety regulations, hygiene rules, and quality standards.
- Actively participate in WCM methodology to achieve zero losses.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a production process.
- Experience with extrusion, coating, slitting, cutting, or laminating processes.
- Strong competence in managing projects, production processes, manufacturing environments, and WCM concepts/principles.
- Strong leadership skills, being dynamic, capable, and productive.
- Proactive and result-oriented with a high demand level.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good command of English and Thai.
