- Help customers make their dream home come true with relevant and smart home solutions.
- Transform customer needs, dreams, and frustrations into effective designs.
- Convey passion for IKEA products, sharing knowledge of features and benefits.
- Actively offer available IKEA services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maximize sales and profitability by steering towards top-selling and prioritized products.
- Ensure the planning hub is efficient, minimizing customer waiting times.
- Maintain the planning hub in excellent, welcoming, clean, and tidy condition.
- Cooperate and assist with other job and operations-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Passion to serve customers using knowledge of IKEA product range and services (measuring, assembly, installation, transport & finance).
- Strong passion for IKEA products related to Kitchens, Living Room Storage, Wardrobes, and Bathrooms.
- Passion to exceed customer expectations in all aspects of complex purchases.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of Interior Design.
- Experience and knowledge of SketchUp (preferred).
