Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor production control functions including production order review and material shortage review.
- Distribute and maintain work orders, adjusting quantities and dates to align production with customer requirements.
- Schedule customer requirements by balancing production capacity and customer requests.
- Verify and align with SOM and Buyer to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Meet customer requirements with production capabilities, giving delivery promises that maximize throughput and satisfy customer demand.
- Perform other duties assigned by line manager.
Requirements
- College graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in production planning in a multinational manufacturing company.
- Good command of English and PC.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with MPR is a plus.
