Atlas Copco China Wuxi is seeking a Planner 1 to focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing service requests, following up on contracts, and supporting service managers. Requires over 2 years of experience in equipment service, basic English, and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on customer satisfaction and the increase of revenues
  • Communicate with customers to confirm and follow up customers’ requests based on AC standing Call Script
  • Arrange the planning activities according to the service request, engineer's competence and delivery status of parts and so on
  • Follow up the execution status of contracts and internal orders to close them timely
  • Support service managers via feedback on performance of technicians on competence working attitude, and efficiency
  • Cooperate with other departments (financial, sales, operation) to facilitate pending problems solving and execution of forward planning
  • Provide data reports including WIP / ECB/ NIS and so on to supervisor correctly and timely
  • Be familiar with SAP/ CRM/ other relevant system

Requirements

  • More than 2 years’ experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment
  • Experience in service support role in a customer orientated business environment
  • Team management
  • Basic English in speaking and reading
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft series
  • Bachelor graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent
