Responsibilities

  • Foster the growth and career advancement of talents in line with strategic business direction.
  • Enhance performance culture by guiding managers in handling areas of low personnel performance.
  • Act as an advocate for diversity best practices and inclusion programs, tracking diversity metrics.
  • Oversee pay and acknowledgement-related issues by supporting managers in executing Annual Salary Review, Off-cycle budget, Short-Term Variable pay, and Stock Incentive Plan.
  • Guide managers with employee lifecycle needs, such as employment contracts, terminations, and relocations.
  • Utilize people analytics to inform strategic planning and provide advice that informs business direction.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel for handling large data, PowerPoint Presentation).
  • Minimum 5 years (ranging between 5 to 8 years) of demonstrated experience in HR/People Function.
  • Knowledge of the entire gamut of Human Resources and Disciplines (TA, TM, L&D, TR, WFP&A).
  • Excellent articulation and communication skills, persuading & influencing abilities.
  • Proactive, capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Positive approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.

Desired Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge in Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Management (TM), Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Relations (TR), Workforce Planning & Analytics (WFP&A) is a must.
