Requirements
- Proficiency in Pega application development, customization, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Pega platform features including case management, decision strategies, and UI/UX development.
- Experience in leading technical teams in Pega application implementations and support projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in Pega applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Desired Qualifications
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is preferred.
