Responsibilities
- Participate in AI/ML model development, evaluation, and optimization.
- Assist in applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to business and engineering challenges.
- Support experimentation with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Contribute to AI Agent and workflow automation development.
- Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data platforms.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance compliance.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and propose innovative use cases.
- Continuously improve technical and business-domain knowledge.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with frameworks and platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, MCP, or similar AI development ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and data analytics techniques.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
