Responsibilities

  • Lead key relationships with major national kitchen retailers.
  • Deliver sales, profitability, and market share targets across all product categories.
  • Manage the implementation of account plans and promotional activities.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Foster strong relationships and create collaborative plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Design full-year trade plans that are accurately costed and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Trade Operations to develop and execute effective activation plans.
  • Conduct product range analysis and work closely with the Product Line team.
  • Partner with the Training team to create and deliver training packages.
  • Lead and manage Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Ensure regular and precise forecasting by working closely with retail specialists and internal teams.
  • Shape and influence the retailer strategy on product presentation in store, online, and in brochures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager within a commercial, consumer goods company.
  • Experienced in managing Head Office stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, business analysis and numerical interpretation.
  • Able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • UK driving license.
