As a Master Production Scheduler in Richmond, VA, you will manage production schedules, coordinate with departments, and ensure timely product delivery to optimize production processes. This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage EDI Inbox and process incoming messages for accurate order management.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules for a 0-3 month horizon.
  • Firm new production orders and advise Planners on constraints and potential issues.
  • Replan existing production orders based on material arrivals and demand changes.
  • Analyze delivery capability within a 0-3 month perspective and identify risks.
  • Suggest and implement measures to secure production volumes and meet lead times.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, and Production teams for seamless schedule execution.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries and cost allocations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
