Responsibilities
- Support maintenance activities to achieve quality, cost, and production capacity goals.
- Work with R&D, Agile, Supply Chain Management, and Production teams.
- Contribute to new product developments, including assembling prototypes and testing new designs.
- Develop and manage engineering changes in active products.
- Manage technical documents for production (3D models, schematics, BOMs, assembly procedures).
- Establish project specifications for production.
- Convert R&D developments into market-ready products for mass production.
- Perform problem-solving analysis and investigation with Quality and Process teams.
- Support production lines.
- Maintain assembly and packaging instructions.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Solidworks or similar 3D modelling software.
- Strong technical skills in 2D drafting (e.g. AutoCAD).
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

- SAP experience.
- Background with power electronics equipment.
