Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance activities to achieve quality, cost, and production capacity goals.
  • Work with R&D, Agile, Supply Chain Management, and Production teams.
  • Contribute to new product developments, including assembling prototypes and testing new designs.
  • Develop and manage engineering changes in active products.
  • Manage technical documents for production (3D models, schematics, BOMs, assembly procedures).
  • Establish project specifications for production.
  • Convert R&D developments into market-ready products for mass production.
  • Perform problem-solving analysis and investigation with Quality and Process teams.
  • Support production lines.
  • Maintain assembly and packaging instructions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks or similar 3D modelling software.
  • Strong technical skills in 2D drafting (e.g. AutoCAD).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Desired Qualifications

  • SAP experience.
  • Background with power electronics equipment.
