Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead IN Inbound NOC - Scheduling and front line workstreams (operations and programs).
- Use data to measure business areas, drive efficiencies, optimizations, and influence decision-making.
- Work with stakeholders from multiple partner teams to manage last mile support functions and improve program performance.
- Operate in different shift structures to cater to multiple ROW geos.
- Evolve processes and mechanisms with growing network complexities by working across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive improvements to reporting tools, methods, and processes.
- Manage the planning and execution of team goals, including segmentation of business goals and measurement of goal attainment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Strong analytical skills
- Expert in excel
