The role involves troubleshooting and repairing electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic welding equipment, as well as performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repair of basic electrical circuits
- Troubleshooting and repair of electric motors and drives
- Troubleshooting and repair or replace hydraulic pumps, valves and solenoids
- Welding of damaged equipment and fabrication of equipment
- Adhere to all lock out tag out procedures
- Complete work orders via CMMS software and maintenance utilization of 75%
- Manipulation of robots and robotic programming
- Ability to train others in these disciplines
Requirements
- Technical training and certification preferred
- Completion of Mechatronics Certification or experience with Mechanical Drives, Electrical Drives and Controls, and Programmable logic controllers
- Minimum of 12 months in a Maintenance Tech Level 1 position
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronics
- Robotics programming and troubleshooting
- Must have own tools including sockets and wrenches up to 1” and 25mm
- Must have digital Multi-Meter
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Mechatronics
- Experience with electrical circuits, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics
- Familiarity with CMMS software
