This role involves developing maintenance plans, managing spare parts, and ensuring machinery standardization. Responsibilities
- Maintain manufacturing processes in optimal condition.
- Develop maintenance plans, OPMs, and preventive routines.
- Define execution frequencies applicable to different technologies.
- Manage spare parts for critical machinery.
- Control and ensure compliance with schedules.
- Guarantee standardization of machinery across all processes.
- Ensure all machinery technologies operate within established standards.
- Develop and execute action plans to reduce downtime in launch cells.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Functional Competencies: Sewing Process Module Assembly Process Cutting Process L2L Dispatch.
- Maintain spare parts inventory according to the master spare parts catalog.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with KPI's: OA (Operational Availability), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
