Tetra Pak is seeking an entry-level On Site Service Analyst in Gotemba, Japan. This role involves reactive handling of user incidents for the standard IT platform, delivering and installing IT functionality, and supporting local IT equipment. The ideal candidate has at least one year of IT support experience and knowledge of Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP equipment, and basic factory IT equipment support.
Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and requests as per defined processes and SLA.
- Reinstall and refresh computer clients as per defined processes.
- Report potential problems to Problem Management.
- Support and assist with setting up/using remote collaboration tools/systems.
- Contribute with ideas to improve IT situation at local site.
- Participate in projects and implement global projects at the local site.
- Provide basic training to individual users at the local site.
- Attend trainings on new technical solutions being rolled out in the company.
- Perform standard activities in a service under supervision.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience providing hands-on support for IT services.
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copiers and computers, and cabling works.
- Experience in creating, understanding, and following technical documentation, routines and processes in English.
- Basic knowledge of Factory IT equipment support, like Zebra scanner, Zebra printer, and LAN connection.
- Strong Japanese communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in business English reading and writing.
