Responsibilities

  • Gain a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and its support for end-users and teams.
  • Work using Agile methodologies leveraging Scrum.
  • Create solutions within specific product development teams.
  • Develop capabilities within ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Enterprise Monitoring Tools, and DevOps platforms.
  • Develop automation capabilities using coding languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Ansible.
  • Develop data-driven reports.
  • Work with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Present solutions to teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Develop capabilities within on-premises Data Center infrastructure, Kubernetes, and VMware.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to warehouse and planning performance.
  • Assist in root cause analysis for performance deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • Support inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle count analysis.
  • Contribute to time studies and productivity assessments.
  • Document standard operating procedures and improvement actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data analytics, Business, or similar majors, coursing the two (2) last years of university/college.
  • Availability to work Full time during summer.
  • Interest in taking your career to the next level.
  • Automation or coding languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.) knowledge is desirable.
  • API knowledge is desirable.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is desirable.
  • Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools knowledge is desirable.
  • Power BI and automation tools knowledge is desirable for the Data Analytics Automation role.
  • Excel Proficiency: Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Desired Qualifications

  • Product Development Intern: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Enterprise Monitoring Tools, and DevOps platforms.
  • Product Development Intern: Experience with Python, Power shell, Ansible.
  • Product Development Intern: Experience with on-premises Data Center infrastructure, Kubernetes, and VM Ware.
  • Data Analytics Automation Intern: Experience with Power BI and automation tools.
  • Data Analytics Automation Intern: Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
