- Escalate problems or variances in information systematically.
- Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments.
- Meet productivity, quality, and other hygiene metrics/goals.
- Share inputs for SOP enhancements.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
