Responsibilities
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe practices & incidents.
- Prepare service jobs for efficient execution based on SOPs.
- Travel internationally to service jobs on board vessels and sail with them if needed.
- Execute maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, commissioning, or other services.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English.
- Document work and conclusions while on board and get service reports signed.
- Provide advice to customers and relay information to the organization.
- Report daily progress to supervisors.
- Instruct crew about the cause of trouble and provide updates.
- Timely submission of time sheets and expense reports.
Requirements
- Marine Engineering background.
- Good hands-on electrical skills.
- Minimum 2 years of marine, vessels, or commissioning experience for comparable installations.
- Fluent in English.
