Responsibilities

  • Design and build Power Apps for HR and internal communication processes.

  • Support optimization of SharePoint sites for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Automate workflows using Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and data collection.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Help improve employee experience by making tools more intuitive and accessible.
  • Document solutions and create user guides.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field at an accredited school.
  • Completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies prior to the start of the internship.
  • Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint).
  • Interest in HR, employee experience, internal communications, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business needs into simple technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, dashboards, reporting).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Desired Qualifications

  • Power Automate is a plus.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, or data modeling concepts.
  • Exposure to workflow automation or application development.
  • Interest in digital transformation, process improvement, and low-code technologies.
