We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer for Cloud solutions in Gurgaon, India. The role involves planning and executing integration activities, analyzing and troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with stakeholders to ensure project success. You will be responsible for configuration, integration, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of Network Infrastructure, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience with Ericsson Cloud Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute Integration Activities in Customer Projects
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues for project delivery
- Interface and Interact with stakeholders to ensure timely progress on Project Issues
- Respond to customer technical queries
- Participate in Project activities and deliver results
- Provide Project handover to relevant stakeholders
- Organize and deliver Knowledge sharing sessions
- Review and prepare technical documents (HLD, LLD, Network Impact Reports, Method of Procedure)
- Understand and update solution deployed in customer network
- Interface with customer for planned activities in network
Requirements
- BE/B Tech or equivalent education
- Minimum 6+ years of experience
- Experience working in Ericsson Cloud Solutions is a must (CEE/OpenStack, CCD/Kubernetes, SDI, SDN, Software Defined Storage)
- Integration and troubleshooting skills in NFVI and CNIS area
- Ability to perform tracing and complex logs analysis for all Cloud Infra
- Must have worked in a similar role previously
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to any Cloud Core applications/environment is desired
- Strong technical acumen when dealing with complex customer issues
- Identify add on sales opportunities
- Participate in pre-sales engagement activities, if needed
- Understanding of the contractual obligation for Project Delivery
- Ensure Project Goals are met both in terms of timelines and financials
