Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support to employees and managers.
- Manage HR cases through ServiceNow.
- Coordinate onboarding and other Employee Lifecycle activities.
- Support Time & Absence, Benefits, Pension and Separation processes.
- Execute HR transactions in Workday and payroll systems.
- Prepare employment documentation, certificates, and HR reports.
- Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files.
- Coordinate with HR vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Perform data checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure processes comply with local employment legislation.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and relevant HR experience.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
- Experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Lifecycle processes.
- Fluent English.
- Workday experience is essential.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Dutch language skills are an advantage.
- ServiceNow or similar HR case management experience is an advantage.
