ABB is seeking an HR Operation Specialist for a full-time, fixed-term position in Caesarea, Israel. This role involves executing daily HR transactions, managing complex cases, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, reporting to the HR Business Partner & Country HR Lead.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day HR transactions for assigned service lines or countries.
- Manage complex and escalated HR tasks, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Support globally set standards for HR operations and ensure adherence to local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Execute and deliver HR services in compliance with business processes, KPIs, and quality targets.
- Act as an expert in complex business cases, driving collaboration across countries and functions.
- Identify process deficiencies, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend improvements.
- Perform control tasks, including 4-eye-check/SOX checks, data protection, and compliance.
Requirements
- Experience in relevant tools and methodologies.
- Experience in the relevant industry/sector market.
- X years of experience in relevant field (OPTIONAL: working as {relevant role} with {relevant products or technologies})
- Enhanced knowledge of specialized software/platforms.
- Passion for relevant soft skills and other relevant soft skills.
- Degree or proven experience in a specific subject.
- Communicating in required language skills.
- Hold current required licenses valid in job location and required visa/work permit.
