Team Scope

The Supply Chain (transport & distribution) team manages the flow of goods across multiple European distribution centers and Plants. We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient transport execution while adapting quickly to changes.

What will you do in this role:

• Plan and manage transport and supply orders across Europe
• Monitor shipments, loading execution, and delivery performance, and adjust shipment plans based on production updates
• Track carrier punctuality and performance
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
• Create and analyze transport and supply reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Market Leaders, carriers, operations teams)
• Identify and drive process improvements

Who are you:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Good communication skills
• Advance Excel  (must-have)
• Knowledge of SAP/OTM is a plus
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Communicative level of English

Where you’ll be:

You will be based in Wroclaw (Poland), a Supply Chain Center where we are responsible for Material and production planning, Aftermarket, supply chain market, launch process, and digitalization and optimization Supply Chain.
