In short

Tetra Pak's Future Talent Programme is a 1.5-year leadership track for fresh graduates in Beijing, China. As a Production Engineer, you will gain broad business knowledge, develop leadership and problem-solving skills, and drive improvements in manufacturing operations using WCM methodology.

Responsibilities

Understand factory operations and working modes.
Support management to achieve factory KPIs targets by working with shopfloor employees.
Deliver training and management to shopfloor employees.
Improve production equipment efficiency and process performance using WCM.
Respond to production issues (quality, machine efficiency) and implement corrective actions.
Participate in factory WCM daily activities and related projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree, or less than one year of work experience.
Good English skills and proficiency in computer office software.
Skills in Python, Power BI, Power Apps, AI, and Digitalization are examples.
Innovative thinking and fast learning skills.
Willingness to study and solve problems, self-motivated.
Background and passion for industrial, manufacturing production environments.
Passion for working and collaborating with operators and across departments.
Preferred background in industrial, production, manufacturing, or engineering.
