Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial report package preparation and analysis against targets.
- Provide business analytical services, including profitability and cost analysis.
- Conduct balance sheet reviews and support cash generation initiatives.
- Facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Benchmark processes and tools to optimize controlling activities.
- Develop automated solutions to increase productivity and eliminate duplications.
- Ensure processes and controls are implemented in line with Group requirements.
- Monitor progress and provide insights for operational decision-making.
- Develop finance digital-related reports and provide professional suggestions.
- Align with team task assignments and scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or business administration.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in data analytical tools such as VBA and Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with SAP and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- English proficiency in reading and written; spoken is preferred.
- Good communication skills of financial and business processes.
- Strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, and good work attitude.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, and problem-solving skills.
