Responsibilities
- Lead all financial activities in Taiwan, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Partner with business leaders to drive performance, optimize outcomes, and support sustainable growth.
- Oversee financial accounting and reporting integrity, ensuring compliance with local statutory and IFRS requirements.
- Manage core finance functions including credit, treasury, tax, company secretarial, capital structure, and internal controls.
- Partner with shared service teams to manage AR, AP and Collection activities.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Monitor performance, deliver variance analysis, and support scenario planning and business case evaluation.
- Partner with Business Controller and commercial teams to enhance revenue, margin, and working capital.
- Provide clear financial evaluation and decision support for key business initiatives.
- Lead projects and drive continuous improvement in processes, controls, and team effectiveness.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, supporting engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with Shared Services to ensure strong financial control, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting, including IFRS.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Knowledge of credit, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
- Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and commercial teams.
- Experience in leading projects and driving process improvements.
- Experience in building and developing finance teams.
