Responsibilities
- Drive and secure monthly, bi-monthly and yearly operational and legal reporting
- Follow up cost and performance, supporting decision making
- Act as a superuser and drive development within financial tools (PBI, M3, TM1)
- Analyze, translate, and present financial reports to various stakeholders
- Serve as a speaking partner and support the line organization within the area of competence
- Initiate and drive improvement projects to secure timeliness and accuracy of financial data and continuous process improvement
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in finance and controlling
- Knowledge of and interest in reporting and business information tools like PBI, SAP BPC, Excel or equivalent
- Good knowledge in Swedish accounting, VAT and systems
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Curiosity and experience working with financial transaction data
- Analytical skills to turn data into information, insights, and recommendations
- Pride in being precise and structured
- Ability to communicate clearly, create togetherness and collaboration
- A drive to find better ways and enable change
- Fluent in English in both speech and writing
