Responsibilities
- Serve as a finance partner to relevant business leaders.
- Manage financial metrics, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Perform financial reporting and support monthly P&L analysis and financial forecasts.
- Support monthly/quarterly financial closing activities in coordination with business and accounting teams.
- Monitor and control opex budget, evaluating requirements and benchmarking cost productivity.
- Facilitate financial review meetings and work with business managers on effective finance and cost management.
- Measure and report progress on key business goals and new business initiatives.
- Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews with data analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc business analyses and financial modeling.
- Present recommendations to leadership on strategic decisions, lookback analyses, and future initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
- 7+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
- 7+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
- 7+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
