Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Own and continuously evolve the FP&A operating model, ensuring planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive review processes are efficient and scalable.
- Translate complex financial and operational dynamics into clear, executive-ready narratives to enable informed decision-making.
- Apply systems thinking to simplify processes, reduce organizational complexity, and understand end-to-end dependencies.
- Drive operational excellence through process redesign, standardization, automation, and adoption of modern technologies.
- Champion the use of advanced analytics, data platforms, AI, and emerging technologies to modernize finance insights and decision support.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
- 3+ years work experience in a matrix-based organization.
- 3+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.
- Proven team player and collaborator experienced in ambiguous situations; ability to handle high degree of ambiguity and fast-paced change management.
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, planning, reporting, and developing financial models.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy, communication skills, and ability to work effectively across multiple groups.

Benefits
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year.
- For specific work locations in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
