Responsibilities
- Establish strategies to support growth and profitability
- Oversee accounting operations
- Produce accurate financial reports
- Improve current practices to increase efficiency
- Play a meaningful role in setting the strategic plan
- Provide financial partnership to achieve desired results
- Develop the role of Finance to a valued business partner
- Ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data
- Monthly closing activities
- Communicating quarterly risk/upside to relevant stakeholders
- Control cash flows including inventory Capital expenditure (CAPEX)
- Engage leadership to develop the RTR Finance team
- Manage Profit review process
- Manage Sales & Operation Planning process
- Act as Financial Business partner
- Create a winning strategy to support the commercial growth plan
- Actively participate in global and local order & sales operational reviews
- Partner with the Global organization on delivering maximum value creation for the business
- Drive the development of business intelligence tools, analytics and automation for real time business insights
- Analyze the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and propose corrective actions
- Responsibility of Statutory Accounts and Statutory reporting including statutory audits
- Responsible for compliance with local statutory accounting, tax and legal rules as well as US GAAP, SOX and Emerson’s Corporate Policies and Procedures
Requirements
- Professional skills that cover critical metrics in the manufacturing industry, accounting, FP & A, business control, legal, ERP-, IT- and BI-systems.
- Management experience and a genuine interest for leadership is required.
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Business Administration is necessary.
- Familiarity with the Swedish/European legal and financial landscape is important
- Fluency in English and preferably Swedish

- Proven experience in finance from large international industrial companies
- Preferably working experience from US companies
