Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and follow-up of project financial data in SAP.
  • Help maintain project budgets, billing milestones, and planned costs.
  • Participate in customer invoicing and basic revenue recognition activities.
  • Contribute to the accurate closure of project objects in SAP.
  • Help ensure data quality and compliance with accounting requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and delivery teams to connect project execution with financial performance.
  • Support audits by preparing and maintaining clear documentation of project financials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, including SAP enhancements and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

  • In the final stages of a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good Excel skills and an interest in learning and working with SAP.
  • A curious and analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail.
  • An interest in finance, accounting, or project controlling, demonstrated through coursework, projects, or previous experience.
  • A proactive and responsible approach, with the confidence to suggest improvements and challenge the status quo.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in an international environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Gain hands-on experience with SAP, including S/4HANA, project budgeting, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Build practical skills, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop a strong foundation for future opportunities such as Project Controller or Finance Business Partner.
